Also, updated my Raspberry Pi to get around an overload issue when doing things which cause high levels of network traffic. Should solve the problem I saw the other day when the Pi kept freezing when I was using AirPlay.
My netbook has been upgraded to Windows 8 and is so far performing well with it. Going to have a play with it now and personalise it a bit.
